Chrissy Dart is an educator, storyteller and T’ai Chi instructor. Since 2000, she has been practicing the Asian martial and healing arts, focusing on proper body alignment and breath for optimal movement, balance and stress reduction. She continues to be amazed by the highly adaptable nature, health and healing benefits, and depth offered by the Asian arts. Chrissy currently teaches movement and T’ai Chi for the Muhammed Ali Parkinson Center in Phoenix, AZ and is an adjunct professor for Storytelling at South Mountain Community College. The more she teaches, tells and practices, the more she realizes that T’ai Chi movements intertwine with story and the story that they tell is one of beauty, reconciliation, and connection.
