Losing a child is an unimaginable trauma, and when that loss results from suicide, the pain can become even more complicated. If you’ve experienced this loss, you may be navigating a complex grief filled with emotions like shame, guilt, anger, blame, shock, and isolation—feelings that can be hard to process.
We recommend that individuals are 5 to 6 months from their loss before joining this group.
The group consists of 8 to 10 members, along with two facilitators. Everyone is working through their own set of challenging emotions. Our meetings provide a safe, intimate space to share your feelings and honor the memory of your loved one.

This support group meets every Tuesday for 10 weeks via Zoom from 4 to 5:30pm MST (3pm PST, 5pm CST, 6pm EST). Sessions begin on January 7 and end on March 11.
