EricsHouse is Hosting a Drum Circle, November 12th from 5:00pm-6:30pm
Join us, bring your friends and family, and join the EricsHouse Community in celebration of Love and Gratitude. Our Men’s- and Women’s-Groups will be meeting later that same evening at 7:00 PM.
There is no charge for this event. We will practice social distancing (6 feet apart and still connected, don’t forget your mask!)
A drum circle is about more than just drumming – it is about the collective experience, building community, enhancing the quality of life through experience, and holding space for the individual to explore self through the whole, the community. A study by the Royal College of Music in London has demonstrated that group drumming can significantly reduce depression and anxiety and improve social resilience!
Drumming Sounds is a community focused, highly active drum circle facilitation company; owned, operated and devoted to by loving partners Andrew Ecker and Monica Patton.
Andrew Ecker and Monica Patton will lead our community and guests through a highly interactive and collective experience in a Drum Circle.
Drumming has been used for therapeutic purposes since ancient times synchronizing the left and right hemispheres of the brain leading to feelings of insight and certainty and creating calmness and relaxation.
This event will take place outside following CDC guidelines for safety.
