If you have suddenly lost your partner or spouse to suicide we invite you to join our grief support group. We come together virtually to help one another through the emotional complexity of losing a partner or spouse. It is our hope that the support group will give members a safe space to share their feelings in response to a profound loss. We also aim to give participants the opportunity to learn some tools to help heal. Every loss and grief journey is unique to the individual. EricsHouse offers different opportunities for loss survivors to explore how they are feeling with no judgement so they may feel supported.
We recommend individuals be 5 to 6 months out from their loss before joining this group.
We will meet every Tuesday via Zoom from 5 to 6:30pm AZ time via Zoom. This group is open to all genders. Participants receive a copy Wilderness of Suicide Grief: Finding Your Way by Dr. Alan Wolfelt, Ph.D. Registration forms are sent via email.
