If you have experienced the loss of someone dear to you, especially a loss that comes with trauma and complicated grief, you may be faced with the question of “what do I do with my life now? How can I live without my lovedone? Post traumatic growth (PTG) is about developing new understandings of yourself, the world you live in, how to relate to other people, the kind of future you might have and a better understanding of how to live life, especially after loss. Hear from two accredited life coaches who have both faces losses of someone they love about their journeys, and how life coaching has helped to re-imagine they next chapters of their lives.

Patty Kincaid is an accredited life coach through ICF. Patty focuses on life coaching after loss with a concentration in helping clients design outcomes for life after experiencing a devastating loss.
Marianne Gouveia is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) accredited through ICF and a Certified Grief Companion trained by Dr. Alan Wolfelt. In February of 2016, she lost her son Eric at the young age of 27 to suicide after a long struggle with addiction. She understands how difficult and complicated this loss is. Her is passion is helping grievers find their spiritual footing so that they may experience joy and happiness once again. Marianne is the founder of EricsHouse Inc., a non-profit organization that specializes bereavement support for those who have been impacted by suicide or addiction loss.
