Women’s Support Group-Grief Support After Sudden, Traumatic Loss

If you are experiencing the sudden loss of someone you love especially to addiction or suicide, this group is designed to support your very unique needs.  Throughout the 12-week program, you will talk with peers who are loss survivors who understand how difficult it is to navigate family and friends after experiencing a sudden, traumatic loss.  The program will focus on a variety of topics designed to help you move through feelings of guilt, fear, and confusion as you learn to identify  your basic needs for healthy grieving, share memories of your loved one,  and work through some touchstones to help you integrate your loss in a way that restores happiness and health once again.  This group is centered on journaling and each member will receive a journal.  However, if you are not comfortable journaling, it is not required.

The group runs every Thursday from 7:30 to 9:00 in Paradise Valley beginning on September 19, 2019 and ending on December 5, 2019.  The cost is $50.00.  You will receive materials that will be used to help guide your healing.
